Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech and/or telecom location.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices, corridors, lobbies, loading areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors; manage visitor sign-in, badge issuance, and delivery directions per site procedures.;
Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation, escalate maintenance and/or policy concerns, and support account leadership with follow-up actions as needed.
