Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Alarm Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report unusual behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.;
Support daily operations by preparing incident reports, providing directions and assistance to visitors, and following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols during routine and/or escalated situations.
