Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify site contacts or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, docks, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and control entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols;
Report hazards, policy violations, and maintenance concerns; maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports
