Foreman Telecom Construction Equipment

Position Overview

As an Equipment Foreman on our Telecom Construction team at Ervin Cable Construction, LLC, you will oversee crews, manage equipment and materials, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Assist the Supervisor with day‑to‑day activities and provide updates as needed
• Oversee and help with training of crew members
• Ensure everyone follows company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, performing maintenance tasks
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience (preferred)
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

• Work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, at heights, and in confined spaces
• Operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Use ladder, keyboard, and mouse occasionally
