Lead and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of repairs, preventive maintenance, and projects.;
Assign work orders, establish daily priorities, and delegate tasks based on technician skill levels and operational needs.;
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and automated material handling equipment.;
Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce downtime.;
Train, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians to improve technical skills and team performance.
