Gray’s Tree Service, a trusted leader in tree services for over 25 years in central Alabama and the southeastern United States, is seeking a dependable and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, value safety, and take pride in operating heavy machinery. As part of a supportive and hardworking team, you will play a key role in our wood waste facility operations, contributing to our reputation for quality and reliability.

- Operate a trachoe and other heavy equipment at the wood waste facility
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks safely and efficiently
- Perform routine equipment checks and promptly report maintenance needs
- Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain a punctual start time of 7:00 AM each workday
- Experience operating a trachoe (required)
- Ability to perform general equipment operation tasks
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Team-oriented attitude
- Steady, consistent hours with opportunities for 40+ hours per week
