The Concrete Finisher is responsible for placing, finishing, and repairing concrete surfaces to ensure a smooth, level, and high-quality finish. This role involves working on various construction projects, preparing surfaces, and using hand and power tools to complete concrete work according to specifications.

• Place, spread, and level freshly poured concrete
• Smooth, finish, and edge concrete surfaces
• Set forms and ensure proper alignment before pouring
• Apply curing compounds and sealants as needed
• Repair cracks, imperfections, or surface defects
• Operate hand tools and finishing equipment
• Follow project specifications and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Qualifications Prior experience in concrete finishing or construction preferred Ability to read and follow instructions and measurements Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Outdoor construction sites Exposure to weather, heavy equipment, and physical labor Requires standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive motion
