Ensure Foremen assigned to each project fully understand the Trade schedule for their assigned project and drive deep commitment to achieving schedule milestones

Responsible for securing tools and equipment needed for trade work activities for all projects; ensure costs for tools and equipment are accounted for in estimates and project budgets, and track costs to maintain compliance with budget

Execution (During On‑Site Construction)

Lead manpower and material look‑ahead planning directly with each Foreman on assigned projects; responsible for delivering this information to the Trade Project Manager and Site team members as needed

Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and other personnel decisions for Foremen and below, based on approved headcounts from the Director of Construction

Attend daily meetings to discuss progress and schedule requirements
