Job Description
We are hiring a Sr. HVAC Technician to join our growing service team. This role is focused on installing, maintaining, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems across a variety of job sites.
We’re looking for a dependable technician who can troubleshoot systems, work independently in the field, and deliver high-quality service to our customers.
What You’ll Do- Service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Work on rooftop units, split systems, and commercial cooling/heating systems
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers when needed
- Follow safety procedures and job site standards

- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred
- EPA Refrigerant Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check & drug screening
- Must be 21+ (company vehicle requirement)
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
