About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and talented Construction Carpenter to become a key member of our production staff. You will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and construction of structural and finish elements for our modular building systems within a factory setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze building plans, sketches, or blueprints to establish project layouts, necessary dimensions, and material needs.
• Build and join wood and metal framing structures for modular units.
• Help maintain a high-quality finish by installing flooring, cabinetry, doors, drywall, ceiling tiles, and hardware.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to guarantee proper alignment and accuracy.
• Operate various power and hand tools to cut and shape construction materials.
• Repair or replace compromised structural sections to ensure the integrity of the build.
• Work alongside colleagues to help the team achieve collective production targets.
• Verify that completed work adheres to our strict quality control benchmarks.
• Support project completion and warranty work by traveling to various construction sites as needed.
• Complete additional duties as requested by management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in carpentry or general construction.
• Proficiency in interpreting complex construction drawings and blueprints.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize measurement tools with high precision.
• Hands-on experience operating standard power and manual construction tools.
• Help ensure a safe working environment by maintaining the physical stamina required to lift 50-75 lbs throughout the shift.
• Strong focus on precision and high-quality craftsmanship.
• Commitment to following all established safety protocols and operational instructions.
• Flexibility to work across diverse environments, including manufacturing plants and outdoor job sites.
• Ability to thrive both as an independent worker and as a collaborative team member.
• Willingness to travel to various project locations for extended durations when necessary.
