* Follow standardized software engineering processes to design, develop, test, etc.
* Possess deep knowledge of your preferred codebase, product area, and/or systems
* Produce quality code with good test coverage & use modern abstractions/frameworks
* Complete medium/large scale projects, using analytical & problem-solving skills
* Mentor & motivate junior software engineers & interns to bring forth innovative solutions
* Collaborate with the team’s tech lead/manager & provide suggestions for future projects### Minimum requirements
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
* 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
* Proficiency in technologies like React.js, Node.js, Python, JS, React Native, PHP, etc.
* Skilled at computational problem solving, designing, coding, debugging, etc.### Preferred skills
* Skilled in complex code bases, large systems, & version control systems like Git
* Updated on emerging technologies & able to design roadmaps to enhance current systems
* Experience with multi-platform support (Windows, iOS, Linux, Android, Mac)
* Excellent command over algorithms, data structures, and space-time complexity
* A profound sense of ownership & accountability for end-to-end project lifecycle
* Fluency in English to collaborate with engineering managers
* The ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with U.S. time zones
* Find effective solutions to problems without hand-holding & micromanagement
