** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
* Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs.
* Communicate with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
* Monitor concrete consistency and assist with adjustments as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness of the truck and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow DOT regulations.
* Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
* Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working outdoors.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $22.32 to $26.20 per hour
