We’re looking for the Warehouse Supervisor who makes that happen.
You’ll lead a team within a high-volume, automated distribution environment where strong leadership and quick decision‑making matter every day.
Your Impact- Lead receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping operations
- Coach your team and drive daily performance
- Use WMS and performance data to improve productivity
- Keep safety, quality, and operational standards on track
- Identify opportunities to make the operation run smarter and more efficiently
- 2+ years leading teams in a warehouse or distribution center
- Experience in high-volume, fast‑paced operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- WMS and automated/conveyor system knowledge is a plus
