As a Service Program Manager, you drive business‑critical transformation within the IGT‑S Services organization. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You operate in a complex stakeholder environment, moving between big‑picture alignment and content‑level problem solving. Topics will evolve over time, requiring curiosity and fast learning.
