Services BPE - Project Assessment and Preparation Team
The Business Process Expert – “Project Assessment and Preparation Team” is responsible for ensuring best-in-class Philips complex business capabilities to improve quality, ensure reliable execution, and deliver a better customer and employee experience. The role works under limited supervision, applying industry best practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile to enhance efficiency of business capabilities (data, process, org/people, technology). The role assists in establishing accurate capability performance and adoption reporting in their domain, with reference to relevant targets.
Responsibilities- Analyze, design, and refine end-to-end business processes for customer project delivery; identify inefficiencies and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies; develop scalable frameworks for onboarding, execution, and closure of customer projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent project execution aligned with business goals; define and maintain project governance standards, templates, and reporting mechanisms; support program managers and project leads with tools, training, and best practices.
- Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and delivery; monitor customer satisfaction metrics and drive initiatives to improve outcomes; serve as a process liaison between customer-facing teams and internal operations.
- Participate in the selection, configuration, and adoption of project management platforms and automation tools; ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy across systems; champion digital transformation initiatives that enhance project visibility and control.
- Develop and deliver training programs for project teams on new processes and tools; facilitate change management efforts to ensure adoption and sustainability of improvements; act as a mentor and coach for continuous improvement culture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience (preferred but not essential).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business process improvement, customer project management, or a related field within a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and optimizing processes and systems across multiple business models.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and proficiency with project management tools.
- Experience in Service & Solutions Delivery, Service Operations, or Customer Services environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and engagement skills.
- Preferred experience in healthcare sector, SaaS, enterprise technology, or cross‑sector project management.
- Continuous improvement certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar are advantageous.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
