Finance Business Partner Direct Export Job Responsibilities
- Own the finance backbone across OIT, Sales, Sellex, and related DX activities, ensuring strong financial steering across deal flow, execution, cash, risk, and performance
- Serve as the primary finance partner to key cross‑functional stakeholders across business, operations, and finance
- Lead month‑end financial coordination and reporting across Zones, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely insight generation
- Deliver performance analysis, financial deep dives, and estimates to support decision‑making by senior leadership and Ex Co
- Steer forecasting, AOP, and P&L delivery across Zones, with clear visibility on margins, AR, inventory, allocations, and cost performance
- Own financial governance for selling expenses, recharges, SLAs, true‑ups, and related control frameworks
- Support DX business development and COO priorities, including partner models, cost structures, investments, and onboarding of new go‑to‑market flows
- Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement of DX finance processes while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance
- 3+ years relevant Philips experience
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
- Analytical mindset with focus on performance improvement and value creation
- Brings curiosity, energy, and a proactive “can do” mindset; comfortable taking ownership of emerging topics and supporting the international business in a fast‑moving environment
- Ability to understand and explain impact of (market) developments on business results and ability to translate into financial consequences
- Convincing communication skills
- Proven stakeholder management across cross‑functional and global teams is a pre
- Good understanding and experience with relevant tools and systems (EFR, PMA, SAP, MS Office)
