Responsibilities
- Orchestrate benefits and compensation solutions for regional business partners
- Set country benefits strategy and manage compliance and communication strategies
- Drive strategic assessment of regional compensation structures
- Collaborate with regional operations and people experience teams
- Proven experience managing Total Rewards programs across compensation, benefits, or employee wellbeing
- Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams including PX Business Partners
- Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field
