Core Systems Assistant

We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Core Systems Assistant.

We are seeking a Core Systems Assistant to assist our core systems team with employee onboarding to applicable systems.

• Manages helpdesk tickets, issues documentation, and is the first line of assessment and resolution of issues.
• Works closely and professionally with other credit union departments, business partners, and vendors.
• Acts as a core systems resource for project implementation.
• Processes employee status tickets in an efficient and confidential manner.
• Supports Core Systems Specialist by assisting in research of issues and providing prompt, accurate information in ticket systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A two-year college degree, or equivalent preferred.
• 0 - 2 years of similar or related experience.
• Experience with a financial institution preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Must be able to work and travel to different credit union locations as determined by management.
