Member Service Greeter

Status: Full Time (Part Time possibly available)

We pride ourselves on our commitment to the communities we serve and our focus on delivering an array of financial products for each step in their financial journey. We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Member Service Concierge.

We are seeking a Member Service Concierge to be the welcoming face of the credit union and the first point of contact for members entering the branch.

• Greet and welcome guests and members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Actively engage members to identify their needs and direct them to the appropriate staff or service area.
• Assist members with basic account inquiries, digital banking tools and technology support.
• Performs basic teller functions, such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and payments.
• Educate and promote credit union products, services, and digital solutions.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and inviting lobby environment.
• Provide administrative and operational support to branch and back-office teams as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
