Role
The trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and coordinating training programs to enhance the Role
The trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and coordinating training programs to enhance the
knowledge skills, and performance of team members within the credit union. This role plays a crucial part in
developing a well-trained workforce that delivers exceptional service to members and meets organizational
objectives. Provides support and serves as a resource for continuous improvement within the credit union by
assessing employee training needs. Demonstrates and maintains an up-to-date knowledge of and ensures on
- going compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, such as BSA, OFAC and internal policies and
procedures.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Training Program Development:
- Assess training needs and develop training programs aligned with organization goals.
- Design and create training materials, presentations, and resources for various topics and

development programs, including systems, personal and professional development, and other
soft skills.
Training Delivery
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for team members, utilizing a variety of
