Member Service Advisor II

We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Member Service Advisor.

We are seeking a Member Service Advisor to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, including processing financial transactions, setting up new accounts, account maintenance, lending, and promoting products and services.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Opening and closing accounts, and account maintenance.
• Process loan request.
• Keyholder duties, such as opening and closing the branch.
• Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries.
• Promote products and services to meet member needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years similar or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Full Time Employees have a 40-hour work week within the hours listed above.
