Job Description:

As a Maintenance Technician with a focus on grounds and cleaning, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and outdoor spaces.
• Ensuring the grounds are well-maintained, including lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal as needed.
• Assisting with the preparation of apartment units for new residents by performing cleaning and minor repairs.
• Safely operating cleaning equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain the property's appearance and uphold the company's quality standards.
• Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring all work is performed in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work at various property locations within the St. Louis/Illinois Metropolitan area, including Granite City, Wood River, Collinsville, Bethalto, Belleville, and St. Louis.
• Physical capability to perform tasks that may require lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to adapt to changing project schedules and work under pressure.
• A positive attitude and the ability to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background screening and other applicable checks, as permitted by state law.
