Regional Manager

We are seeking a Regional Manager to direct the delivery of services to members through designated Branch Managers and operations staff, and to achieve organizational branch goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining highly motivated and well-trained staff while maintaining effective employee relations.
• Directing and monitoring branch operations, through assigned subordinate managers, to ensure that they maintain appropriate staffing while meeting organizational goals and objectives.
• Ensuring the application of and compliance to all credit union membership, operational and employee policies/procedures.
• Making recommendations concerning new policies and procedures and ensuring branches are in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Responsible for driving performance results in assigned branches through direction, leadership and execution of superior sales practices and service behaviors.
• Maintaining a high level of quality service for members and ensuring that employees are utilizing opportunities to educate members on products and services.
• Participating in establishment of annual operational budget.
• Responsible for building the credit union's presence in the community and for developing new members, while maintaining and expanding existing member relationships.
• Assisting VP of Branch Operations on projects as assigned.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six or more years of similar or related experience.
• A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing preferred, but not required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday Hours 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
