Bethany Children’s Health Center, Bethany, OK 73008
Shift: Direct Patient Care

• Supervises nursing staff and daily duties for direct patient care activities (30%)
• Performs skilled nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act (30%)
• Performs administrative duties such as recordkeeping, multidisciplinary communication, scheduling, and other tasks to ensure daily operations are complete (20%)
• Coaches nursing staff with clinical instructions, advice or guidance when needed or required (10%)
• Serves as liaison with patients’ families and patient care team to ensure quality care (5%)
• Other duties as assigned (5%)

• Education:
  
  Associate Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Nursing.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years as RN staff required.
• License/Certification/Credential:
  Current RN license in Oklahoma, CPR and PALS certification.
• English proficiency:
  Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English required.
