Bethany Children’s Health Center, Bethany, OK 73008
Shift: Direct Patient Care
- Supervises nursing staff and daily duties for direct patient care activities (30%)
- Performs skilled nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act (30%)
- Performs administrative duties such as recordkeeping, multidisciplinary communication, scheduling, and other tasks to ensure daily operations are complete (20%)
- Coaches nursing staff with clinical instructions, advice or guidance when needed or required (10%)
- Serves as liaison with patients’ families and patient care team to ensure quality care (5%)
- Other duties as assigned (5%)
- Education:
Associate Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Nursing. - Experience:
3+ years as RN staff required. - License/Certification/Credential:
Current RN license in Oklahoma, CPR and PALS certification. - English proficiency:
Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English required.
