This full-time role supports residents with Alzheimer's/dementia and oversees medication management, assessments, and care planning.
You'll supervise CNAs, provide compassionate care, document changes, and contribute to a community that values safety and dignity. A $1,500 sign-on bonus and a 3rd-shift schedule are included.
