Quality Control Inspector

Travel Required:

No outside travel is required, except for commuting to and from the manufacturing facility.

Position Summary:

Ensure that the quality of materials and documentation complies with established quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Performing QC inspection and testing function (incoming, “first piece”, in-process, finished device, packaging, labeling, and shipping inspections) to assure no “bottlenecks” occur.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Vocational training, college, technical school, or related job experience.

Competencies:

- Will train.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
- Ability to use various types of measuring devices such as micrometers, gauge pins, and video comparator.
- Computer skills preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., have a full range of motion
- Ability to comprehend and write English
