Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Duties: Maintain a sanitary workspace by cleaning equipment, tables, work surfaces, and utensils, mopping floors, and trash removal.
• Production Preparation: Prepare production areas by stocking cake boards, filling ingredient bins, unwrapping butter, filling fondant warmers, folding product boxes, and rotating supplies.
• Order Fulfillment: Pull items needed for the next day’s orders and store needs.
• Cake Pan Preparation: Prepare cake pans for baking by ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
• Dish Washing: Wash dishes and utensils using an automatic pan washer, ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently attending middle/high school; at least 14 years of age; must be able to obtain a work permit.
• Experience: No previous experience is necessary; willing to train, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of your shift, lift trays of products weighing up to 50 pounds, and work around varying temperatures.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail are important.

Schedule:

• Part-time; less than 20 hours/week, based on need and availability.
• Flexibility to work 2-3 weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 3:30 p.m.
  
  -6:30 p.m. and up to an 8-hour shift on Saturdays;
  Wednesday and Saturday availability is required!
• No late nights! Closed on Sundays and major holidays, which include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4 th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.

• Starting hourly rate - $11/hour.
