Pay: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour (DOE) + Performance Bonuses

Location: Waynesburg, PA (Field-Based)

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday + On-Call Rotation)

You will handle service, maintenance, and installation across a variety of settings—from residential homes to commercial, industrial, and government facilities. If you are self-driven, hands‑on, and passionate about craftsmanship, we have a Company Vehicle waiting for you.

• You will be the face of our company in the field, ensuring systems run efficiently and safely
• Service & Repair:
  Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
• Installation:
  Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls according to codes and specifications
• Maintenance:
  Perform routine preventative maintenance and seasonal system checks
• Communication:
  Communicate clearly with clients to recommend long‑term solutions and ensure smooth scheduling
• Documentation:
  Complete work orders and time logs accurately
• Safety:
  Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all protocols

• Experience:
  
  5 years of hands‑on HVAC experience preferred
• Certification:
  Valid EPA Certification required
• Skills:
  
  Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Requirements:
  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent customer service skills, self‑motivation, and accountability
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED preferred
