General Laborers - Bethel, AK
UIC Construction LLC is seeking General Laborers to join their team in Bethel, Alaska. These individuals will perform a variety of physical tasks at construction sites, supporting skilled trades and ensuring safe, efficient project completion. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and experienced with hand and power tools.

- At least one (1) year of general labor experience
- Proficiency with hand and small power tools
- Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing, balancing, prolonged standing)
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures and outdoor conditions
- Use of required PPE (hard hats, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, etc.)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol screening and background check (if required)
- Valid driver license (if driving is required)
