Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Architect
Location: Cincinnati
Duration: 6 Months
Role OverviewSenior Oracle HCM Cloud Architect with 10+ years of experience responsible for end-to-end architecture and design across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, Redwood UX transformation, integration design, and security model implementation.
Responsibilities- Architect Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across Core HR (Global HR), Workforce Structures (Jobs, Positions), Journeys (Journey Checklist), Approval Workflow, and Security (Roles, Areas of Responsibility, Data Security).
- Lead Redwood UX design adoption for modern employee experience and UI transformation.
- Design integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Workforce API, and downstream systems.
- Define data flow architecture and align the reporting ecosystem across OTBI, BI Publisher, and Snowflake integration contexts.
- Design and implement security models covering Roles, Areas of Responsibility, Data Security, and Redwood security alignment.
- Define and govern configuration vs. customization strategy in alignment with Oracle best practices and Redwood standards.
- Oracle HCM Cloud architecture (Core HR, Workforce Structures, Journeys, Approval Workflow, Security)
- Oracle Redwood UX design and adoption
- Integration design using REST and SOAP APIs and Workforce API
- Reporting and data flow architecture using OTBI and BI Publisher
- Oracle Security Model design (Roles, Areas of Responsibility, Data Security)
