Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst with up to 4 years of experience to support supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics optimization, and operational performance analysis. The ideal candidate will leverage data and business insights to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels across procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to optimize stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
  • Prepare and maintain supply chain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions, delays, and service issues.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in forecasting demand and supply requirements based on historical and market data.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and support vendor management initiatives.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities across transportation, warehousing, and procurement processes.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain processes and systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy within ERP and supply chain management systems.
  • Assist in developing business cases and recommendations for operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Procurement, Operations, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of demand planning and forecasting techniques.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement principles.
  • APICS certifications such as CPIM or CSCP are advantageous.
