Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school for LPNs or LVNs.
• Licensed as an LPN in the state in good standing.
• Current CPR certification (BCLS) required.
• IV certification course preferred.
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification preferred.
• New graduates accepted; preferred one year hospital experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to all patients while respecting patients' rights and dignity.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care.
• Assist in maintaining a well-stocked environment and complete check-lists.
• Support mid-level providers with patient inquiries and after-hours assistance.
• Apply age-specific considerations and address cultural diversity in patient care.
• Uphold organizational mission and values in all nursing practices.

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation will not guarantee hours for the first week since it starts on a Tuesday.
• All travelers are required to show proof of completed COVID vaccinations.
