Requirements:

• Current licensure in the state as a LPN in good standing
• Current CPR certification (BCLS)
• IV certification course
• New graduates accepted; one (1) year experience in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to all patients while respecting their rights and dignity
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other medical staff
• Participate in special committees as appropriate
• Maintain competencies required for the position
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families

Compliance / Notes:

Proof of completed COVID vaccinations is required.
