Supervisor - Long Term Care RN

Role Overview

The RN-Team Advisor supervises 24-hour elder care, ensuring holistic, elder-directed care through implementing and evaluating comprehensive care plans. They facilitate communication with the clinical support team, supervise nursing staff including CNAs, RNs, and LPNs, and promote a positive, team-oriented environment in an innovative care setting. The role emphasizes delivering quality care while maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering professional growth.

• Supervising and directing elder care teams
• Developing and evaluating individualized care plans
• Ensuring regulatory adherence and quality standards
• Facilitating effective communication among team members
• Supporting professional and team development in a transformational elder care environment

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an active Alaska RN license
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in gerontological nursing
• CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and supervisory experience in long-term care
