Cook/prepare breakfast menu items including eggs, omelets, breakfast meats, pancakes, French toast, hash browns, toast, biscuits and gravy. Stock breakfast breads and dice meats for omelets. Filter & clean deep fryers, chop vegetables for homemade soups, prepare lunch specials, setup sandwich bars for lunch time, transition from breakfast to lunch service. Clean station at end of shift. Maintain a clean organized work space.
Other duties as assigned.
