Alaska General Seafoods is seeking experienced Plant Electricians to join their team at the Naknek, Alaska facility. This role involves maintaining and repairing electrical systems in a dynamic seafood processing environment. Ideal candidates will have strong electrical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in electrical work
• Valid electrician’s license
• Proven experience as an electrician
• Experience in seafood industrial and/or commercial electrical systems
• Ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter)
• Ability to read electrical drawings and blueprints
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations
• Ability to work long, variable shifts (12-16 hours per day)
• Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and handle strenuous tasks
• Ability to pass all safety test requirements

• Strong project management skills
• Deep understanding of electrical theory, circuits, and components
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Efficient time management skills
