Compensation:

We are partnering with a growing financial services organization to identify an Accountant for a newly available opportunity within its corporate accounting team. • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations across a variety of balance sheet accounts
• Support month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
• Perform analytical reviews and prepare supporting schedules and documentation
• Assist with cash management and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiencies
• Support intercompany accounting, accruals, debt, interest expense, tax, and other general accounting functions
• Partner with the accounting team on special projects and ad hoc initiatives

• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Public accounting (Audit or Assurance) experience is highly welcomed
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, and complex formulas
• CPA or progress toward CPA is preferred but not required
