Data Entry Specialist
We are partnering with one of our clients to identify a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a high-volume processing team. This role focuses on entering and reviewing information accurately while contributing to a fast-paced, administrative environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling repetitive tasks, maintaining strong attention to detail, and supporting team productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
- Enter and update information into internal systems and databases
- Review data for completeness and identify discrepancies or errors
- Maintain organized records and proper documentation
- Support backlog reduction efforts and assist with daily workflow priorities
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Assist with additional tasks such as phone support or intake processes as required
- Strong data entry and typing skills (speed and accuracy are critical)
- High attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies
- Comfortable asking questions and clarifying information when needed
- Basic administrative or office experience
- Experience in high-volume data entry environments
- Exposure to claims processing, reimbursement, or billing workflows
- Background in healthcare, insurance, or related fields
- Reliable and focused with the ability to handle repetitive tasks
- Team player who can also work independently
- Organized, detail-driven, and process-oriented
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including skill set, experience and training, licensure and certification requirements, office location and other geographic considerations, and business needs. Salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
