ASM Global is seeking a Catering Coordinator to support managers and ensure catering events and the member lounge run smoothly, leading staff before, during, and after events. You will assist with paperwork and help ensure all catering operations meet standards of service and safety.
Responsibilities include overseeing setup and closing procedures, creating BEOs for events, coordinating food and beverage setup, and ensuring the run of show is communicated to the catering team.
