• Lead, mentor, and inspire an in‑home sales team to achieve and exceed goals, fostering a high‑energy, results‑focused atmosphere. Set ambitious sales targets and guide the team to crush them!
• Create an environment of growth and continuous improvement by conducting engaging training sessions, both one‑on‑one and in groups, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
• Respond swiftly to inquiries and tackle challenges head‑on.
• Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent who share our commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with a dedicated and success driven team.

• At least 2 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of success.
• At least 2 years of personal sales experience, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and results.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

• A competitive salary with a starting base of $85,000‑$90,000 PLUS monthly bonus opportunity with a total combined earning potential upwards of $160,000+.
