Assembler / Operator

• Support assembly and production operations
• Operate machines and use basic hand tools
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or a hands-on environment
• Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers a plus)
• Comfortable working with numbers/decimals
• Willing to learn and work overtime if needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethel, CT.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.40/hr.
