Set up and operate machinery to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity;
Configure and maintain wire and tube processing equipment in accordance with production schedules and quality standards, making minor adjustments as needed;
Operate multiple pieces of equipment within an assigned work cell;
Perform in-process inspections and analyze data per work instructions, routers, and specifications using precision measuring tools such as pin gauges, laser micrometers, and other inspection equipment;
Record process observations, including dimensional or shape changes related to products, tooling, and equipment
