What you'll do:

* Provide nursing oversight across residential homes

* Coordinate care and proactively follow up on clinical concerns

* Collaborate closely with direct support professionals, providers, families, and clinical teams

* Teach, train, and support staff to strengthen quality of care

* Participate in quality improvement and audit activities

What we're looking for:

* Active RN License

* Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

* Passion for person-centered care and collaboration
