Eaton's IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Quality Control - C to join our team in Bethel, CT! The core hours are 7 am - 3:30 pm, M-F. The hourly range for this position is $18 - $26 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. WhatYou'll Do:
Eaton's Bethel, CT facility is a premier manufacturer in the aerospace industry specializing with creating components for commercial, military, and space technologies. Our team helped support the recent Artimus 2 launch with 65 parts from the plant used in the launch. The Quality Control - C role will support our QC department.
In this role, you will:
- Read and interpret blueprints of machined and electronic parts
- Perform dimensional inspection of machined parts using calipers, micrometers, drop gages etc.
- Inspect electronics for soldering conformity.
- Validate that supplier certificates of conformity meet engineering specifications
- Inspect and certify quality control paperwork. Transact operations on electronic systems.
Required (Basic)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality functional role in a manufacturing environment.
