We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join our growing team in Bethel, CT. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping customers succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our sales team while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a dynamic position that combines inside sales, customer service, technical support, and account management.

You'll work closely with our Area Sales Managers and support customers throughout the sales process—from preparing quotes and following up on opportunities to providing product information and technical assistance. You'll interact daily with retailers, distributors, contractors, installers, and homeowners throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for customers.
• Follow up on quotes and convert opportunities into sales.
• Make proactive outbound calls to support Area Sales Managers and their customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and trade professionals.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide technical support and product guidance.
• Process customer requests in all shared customer service inboxes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders and projects move smoothly.
• Maintain accurate customer records within company systems.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

• 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Support.
• Experience providing technical product support is preferred.
  
  Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/French is a strong asset.
