Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues;
Monitor access points, observe incoming and outgoing foot traffic, and report unauthorized persons, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations according to site procedures;
Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed and completing routine reports and logs
