DescriptionAuto‑Chlor System is hiring a Route Service & Sales Technician for our Bethel, CT location. For over 80 years, we’ve built our reputation on reliable service and quality products. We’re looking for people ready to work independently, use their hands, and build lasting customer relationships.
What’s in it for You- Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) with overtime and on‑call opportunities.

- Driving a company van to customer locations across Connecticut.
- Performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Restocking solutions, collecting payments and suggesting additional products when appropriate.
- Participating in an on‑call rotation.
- Mechanical aptitude – comfort with tools and basic repairs.
- Growth & Learning Focus – Willingness to learn and confidence to apply training when working independently managing your own route.
- Valid driver’s license – with at least 3 years of driving history.
- Hard Requirements – Ability to complete a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report check.
