Accounts Payable Manager – Responsibilities- Portfolio AP Oversight:
Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process for corporate and diverse portfolio of residential properties. - Compliance Integration:
Ensure all vendor payments, utility allowances, and expense allocations are timely and accurately entered and selected for payment. - Vendor & Partner Relations:
Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, utilities, and resolve complex billing discrepancies with diplomacy and precision. - Audit Readiness:
Maintain pristine financial records, ensuring documentation is audit‑ready for annual audits. - Process Improvement:
Evaluate, streamline, and automate AP workflows using property management accounting software.

Salary Range

Up to $75k or commensurate with experience.
