• Portfolio AP Oversight:
  Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process for corporate and diverse portfolio of residential properties.
• Compliance Integration:
  Ensure all vendor payments, utility allowances, and expense allocations are timely and accurately entered and selected for payment.
• Vendor & Partner Relations:
  Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, utilities, and resolve complex billing discrepancies with diplomacy and precision.
• Audit Readiness:
  Maintain pristine financial records, ensuring documentation is audit‑ready for annual audits.
• Process Improvement:
  Evaluate, streamline, and automate AP workflows using property management accounting software.

Salary Range
:
Up to $75k or commensurate with experience.
