HRB seeks a Controller to lead day-to-day accounting for a commercial/retail real estate portfolio. This hybrid role requires 3 days in-office and reports to the CFO, overseeing the monthly close, financial reporting, and compliance with income tax-basis standards.
You will manage two Senior Accountants, develop procedures, and coordinate with lenders and investors. A CPA and CRE experience are preferred to drive accurate reporting.
