We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Assurance Manager to join the Commercial Real Estate team in our Bethesda office.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts, take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables, develop detailed engagement work plans, illustrate budgets and schedules, actively participate in proposals, manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback.

The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required, CPA designation is required, 5+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required, knowledge of audit software Pro System Fx a plus, exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills.

In Maryland, the salary range for an Assurance Manager is $110,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of the Cohn Reznick total rewards package.
